To be or not to be a vampire

BR just finished watching An Interview with the Vampire. Now he's out back smoking a cigarette and waiting for Lestat. Is Vampirism his last and best hope for a cure?

I'm coming out of my funk. BR's needs are more than usual, but not more than Jordan can handle for a week, and I need a break, so I'm going to California on Sunday. I'll just check-in every evening to see what the trends are, and let the neighbors know they may be called in for backup should something go wrong.

The hip MRI was uneventful. The technician said the results will be ready tomorrow.

And to prove that I'm feeling better, here's a little clip from the 2010 Desperate Divas competition.

I am glad your coming out of your funk!
California here he comes . ... where in the State are you coming too? Gosh if I saw you walking down the street I think I would actually recognize you - if you were moving real slow ha ha

I am sure BR will do fine while your gone. I sure hope things get better for him.

Steve, Funk is so 70's so I'm glad you are leaving that behind. Perhaps BR would also like to rent the True Blood series. If he were to be an eternal vampire, would he have MS and be in a superfast iBot or a handsome BR circa age 30??

Hi Jan - I'm in Silicon Valley with a hotel near SFO for evenings near the city. You'll need some pretty high powered binoculars to pick me out from Sacto.

Hi Herrad - Austin is GMT-6, so 7 hours time difference from Amsterdam. Of course I'm in California now, which is 9 hours difference.

BR never really got into the Twitter habit -- he's more of an observer than a commenter. He's giving Facebook a try now. We'll see how that plays out.

Billy - BR is convinced that all physical ailments are cured by vampire blood, as is evidenced on True Blood. He would be a 48 year old, healthy vampire.
